We offer refunds only in specific cases outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be approved only if one of the following conditions is met:
* The item arrived damaged or defective
* The wrong item was received
* The order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
* Change of mind or no longer needed
* Incorrect address provided by the customer
* Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure
* Items marked as final sale
* Orders where delivery is confirmed by tracking
Returns
In approved cases, the customer may be required to return the item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (10–30%) without requiring the item to be returned. This is decided at our discretion.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it by providing order confirmation, tracking information, and proof of delivery.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
